The Project Coordinator will support the APC Food Management Team, will develop, analyze and support business processes, strategy, initiatives and projects through various communication forms to support the Management Team to make decisions.
As a member of the APC Food team, the Project Coordinator will require strong communication and teamwork skills to allow for success of the group.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.
Provide high quality, timely, executive support to the Head of APC Food NAM.
Preparation for monthly project status reviews – includes summary and review of project portfolio financial data including Gross Margin and Sales Development, highlighting deviations.
Updating project percent of completion data monthly for global sales reporting.
CRM report preparation and Project approval data base updates to maintain continuity between systems
Maintaining monthly APC Food Sales Hotlists – by Sub APC/Region
Assists with preparation of monthly APC Food Management review PPTs.
Maintains / files APC Food NAM standard quotation text/templates.
Maintains / files APC Food NAM project management documents / templates.
Development/Maintaining of instructions/training documents specifically for APC Food NAM
Supports ongoing staff development plans working closely with APC Food NAM Managers and HR.
Assists with Recruiting, scheduling interviews and organizing travel.
New Hire onboarding / scheduling new PC set up and phones for new hires
Review of Project Manuals (for consistency/completeness – not content)
Review of final proposals for format/English
Audits document filing in Pre- Contract and Project Book. This involves verification that key documents are present and filed in the correct location in database by the project and application teams.
Complete ad-hoc tasks to support the business as directed by Management Team.

A Two Year Technical Associates Degree or relevant work experience
Computer proficiency in MS Office Products (including Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)
Must be detail oriented
Work well under time restraints
Must possess good English language communication, verbal and written
Must possess good interpersonal skills and work well in a team setting as well as independently
Must be self-motivated and able to function with minimum supervision
