Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a First Shift Operator for our Global Innovation and Development Center.
Currently employed as a Contingent Worker at the Global Innovation and Development Center at Phillips-Medisize strongly preferred.
1 year of directly related manufacturing experience in a regulatory environment with a strong emphasis on quality
Previous medical device manufacturing experience
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read and comprehend operator instructions
Able to perform to production line standards as well as high-level quality expectations
Maintain good communication skills
Team oriented and self-directing
Strong commitment to quality, safety, and communication
Frequent light lifting
Frequent standing and walking
This position does not qualify for VISA sponsorship
This facility operates under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and therefore, any person hired must demonstrate with verifiable documentation that he/she is either: (i) a U.S. Citizen; (ii) ac active Green Card Holder; pr (iii) a “Protected Person” as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324(b)(a)(3).
