We are seeking to hire a self-directed, detail-oriented bookkeeper for our team. This position is currently part-time but it can grow to a full-time with the right person. Responsibilities will include servicing numerous clients in the areas of payroll, bookkeeping, reconciliation of accounts, monthly financials and adjusting entries.
The perfect candidate must have the following experience and qualifications:
2+ years QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Working knowledge Microsoft Excel and bookkeeping concepts
Desire and ability to work with a variety of businesses and client personnel
Additional skills/qualifications that are highly desired are payroll processing, GAAP knowledge, sales tax experience, and QuickBooks certification(s).
