The Sanneh Foundation Overview
The Sanneh Foundation (TSF) is a Minnesota based 501(c)3 created to serve the holistic youth development needs of the increasingly diverse state of Minnesota. TSF’s mission is to empower youth by supporting and promoting educational attainment through in-school and after-school support, improve lives by providing programs that strengthen physical health and social and emotional development, and unite communities by advancing diversity, equity, and community well-being. The Sanneh Foundation’s Dreamline program is a holistic approach to improving academic achievement which is based on evidence that students who develop powerful relationships with caring and trusted adults begin to change attitudes toward school, their self, and their future. Dreamline is data driven in program design, implementation and continuous improvement. The goal of the program is to increase the probability of educational success for lower-performing students and focuses on results in two primary program areas: positive attitudes toward school and improved grades.
